At Align Pediatric Therapy, we specialize in providing comprehensive pediatric physical therapy services tailored for children from birth to 21 years. Our physical therapist has extensive pediatric experience treating a variety of diagnoses including developmental delay, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, toe walking, torticollis, scoliosis and more.


Align Pediatric Therapy is one of the only private therapy practices in the triangle offering Schroth method physical therapy, a conservative, non-surgical approach to treating adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.

Welcome! I’m Ashley.

I am a licensed doctor of physical therapy and the founder of Align Pediatric Therapy.

I started Align Pediatric Therapy because I envisioned more—for both my patients and the therapists I work with. Without the constraints of insurance, a million patients, and more time in the day… what could be possible? Align is the heart and soul of those hopes and dreams.

I’m so excited you’re here and I can’t wait to serve your family.

Outside of running Align and treating patients, I love reading, needlepointing, golfing, and spending time with my husband and daughter.

How it All Works

  • If you’re not sure if your child will benefit from therapy, schedule a free consultation and our team will address your concerns and determine if you need an evaluation.

    Already have a referral or know you’re ready to get started? Schedule your evaluation on our platform.

  • Your evaluation will be a one-on-one session with licensed therapist for one full hour. We will address your concerns, perform standardized assessments, and create personalized goals.

  • Frequency and length of therapy depends on YOUR child’s needs. No one size fits all here!

  • Your therapist and child will work together alongside you to meet your child’s individual goals and milestones. Time to celebrate!

Insurance & Billing

Align Pediatric Therapy is an out-of-network provider for most private insurance carriers. This means that we are a fee-for-service clinic and payment is due at time of servce rendered. This is so that we can provide the highest quality, individualized one-on-one therapy in the area. Insurance reimbursement continues to decrease and insurance companies are becoming more strict in dictating how therapists treat their patients. Being out of network allows us to treat patients one-on-one with individualized care, seeing overall fewer patients so that we can give our best to each and every child.

This doesn’t mean insurance won’t cover any therapy expenses, though! We provide superbills for all families that request one so you can seek reimbursement for all or part of your therapy expenses from your insurance company.

Though we are out-of-network with private insurance, we are proud to accept most Medicaid plans.
